How do I know you will deliver high quality photos?

We share complete wedding and event galleries before you book. Every client receives a private online gallery within 3 weeks. Our 4.9 star rating from 150 plus clients speaks for itself. You pay only after you see the quality.

What if I am not happy with the final photos?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We offer one round of free re-edits for any image you are not 100 percent happy with. If the core issue is coverage, we will discuss a partial refund or reshoot. No photographer has ever been perfect, but we always make it right.

Do you charge extra for travel within Bangalore?

No travel fee within 15 km of Banashankari (Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Basavanagudi, Koramangala). Beyond that – Whitefield, Yelahanka, Electronic City – a small surcharge applies. We tell you the exact amount before you book, no surprises.

How much deposit do I need to pay and is it refundable?

We ask for a 30 percent advance to lock your date (not 50 percent like many studios). It is fully refundable if you cancel within 7 days of booking. After that, it becomes non-refundable – but we always offer a free reschedule once, up to 30 days before your shoot.

Can you handle last minute bookings?

Yes – we keep emergency slots for urgent events (corporate headshots, birthday parties, maternity shoots). Call us directly at +91 80957 67131. If we are free, we will come. If not, we will recommend a trusted colleague.

What happens if my event runs late or the schedule changes?

We build buffer time into every booking. If your event extends, we stay without drama. Overtime is billed at a minimal hourly rate (2500 rupees per hour for events, 3500 rupees per hour for weddings). We never pack up and leave at a strict cutoff.

Do you sign NDAs for corporate events?

Absolutely. We sign non-disclosure agreements for product launches, internal meetings, and any sensitive corporate work. Your trade secrets and guest privacy are safe with us. We also offer watermarked previews before final delivery.

How quickly do you respond to inquiries?

Within 2 hours during business hours (10 AM to 7 PM). For WhatsApp messages, usually under 30 minutes. We know that waiting for a quote or confirmation is stressful – so we reply fast.

What equipment do you use and do you carry backups?

We use professional full-frame cameras (Sony and Canon) with dual card slots. We carry two camera bodies, four lenses, three flashes, and external audio recorders for video. If something fails, we have an identical backup ready. No missed moments.

All of Bangalore – Banashankari, Indiranagar, Koramangala, Jayanagar, JP Nagar, Whitefield, Electronic City, Hebbal, Yelahanka, and beyond.

What is your cancellation policy?

A 50 percent advance confirms the booking. Rescheduling is allowed once with 30 days notice at no extra charge. Cancellations with less than 15 days notice forfeit the advance.
